Jeff LNo one was there when I dropped off truck and I was scared to leave it there. The "office" was not wheelchair accessible and neither was the dirt parking lot. I called the phone number and they answered as hello and I didn't know I was talking to a Uhaul. I didn't have data so I had to drive to wifi to check in the truck. It was just all very sketchy. Also, I got no call or email or anything to say that the gas was good, the miles fell in range and that I didn't need to pay for the second day of rental since I returned it the same day.

Becky MExplain that when you call to say you'll be dropping off trailer a few hours late and the person on the other end of the line says no problem, there won't be an extra charge, that that is not the truth. You will be charged.

Melvin TMy order included one wardrobe box to be picked up at this location. But this location has no supplies. I was able to confirm no supplies were charged. But, the UHaul website is confusing.

Richard CThe facilities need to inspect their equipment better and the roadside assistance needs to happen quicker. Halfway through my trip, with 5 hours left, I checked my tires and one of them had two large gashes forming that were deep enough to see the wires in the tire. Both tires barely had any tread, and during the same inspection where I found the gashes, the other tire had bald spots the size of my palm. Once I called for road side assistance I had to wait 20 minutes for a response, and when I finally got a representative, it took them 3 hours to get someone to replace the tire, only to have brought one tire versus the 2 that I needed. I’m very upset with the services provided, and with the idea that the company gave me a trailer that endangered my life.
Quintin TLocation is right off the main highway where there is a lot of construction with dust and debris. Standing outside the makeshift office ended up getting dirt and dust crunching in our teeth. Inside the cab had something sticky in the cupholders/console. There were M&M’‘s rolling around throughout the back of the cab behind the seats. Nothing wrong with the owner though. Just seem to be the location and oversight of cleaning the cab. And there was only one quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I also noticed halfway through the trip when I rolled down the window that there was damage on the glass edge and the molding where the window rolls up into. Looks as if someone tried breaking into it with a bar. There was no markings on it showing that U-Haul noticed it, I didn’t get a chance to say anything when I dropped it off as I dropped it off on a Sunday. A little more attention to the cleanliness of the cab and at least a little more fuel in the truck.

edward bComputer program is incomplete. Icons needed in several locations to complete tasks. Photos of drivers license front/rear is acceptable to prevent fraud. Before and after rental photos of equipment is also necessary for damage responsibilities.
