I did everything online, picked a location, equipment, etc. I verified my vehicle & checked in online. When I arrived, Uhaul had moved my reservation 15 miles away, so going online was pointless. I found Chucks on my own, & they were Great! People were Awesome!

When a quote is given, I would give the full quote from where it is leaving from instead of the local per day quote. I was given the local quote at Chuck's but when I got the bill it was 155.00 plus tax. I admit the rough quote of 33.00 with tax sounded to good to be true given that I was pulling it 300 miles one way. But in any event it worked out and we'll still have Christmas. Thanks, Edwin
