Attendant was not very familiar with how to check out a truck for one way use

When I made the reservation I asked for a dolly and 2 movers for 4 hours like it was offered on the website and when I showed up to pick up the truck they told me they didn’t know anything about it and the helpers is third-party so I had to moved everything myself
