Nothing! It was a completely excellent experience! Far, far better than the HORRENDOUS experience I had at the Florence Boulevard, Florence, Alabama, store and the EXTREMELY RUDE angle HATEFUL employee/manager that was there. With all of her complaints, it's astonishing that she's still employed by you (last time I checked, anyway). Church Road? Awesome!!!

This store was very family oriented, very professional and made me feel important versus pushing me out the door. They assisted me in ensuring I had the right trailer needed and then hooked it up for me. Truly an organization that cares. Definitely will go back if in the area again. You don't meet organizations like this anymore, that just want to ensure customer satisfaction.

I'm terrible with names and can't remember the name of the lady that runs the place but I was surprised to find out she isn't the owner because she treats it and the people coming in and out, including myself and those on the phone with great respect and pride. She's not "just an employee just doing her job". She seems to really appreciate your business and care about your experience and asked more than once if there was anything else she could help me with. Very friendly and mannerly. Made the process pleasant. I clicked "yes" on "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" because, overall mechanically, it seemed to be but maintenance on the truck could be better. It was clean and full of fuel and all the gauges indicated normal engine condition. However, at some point things such as rollers on the roll up door and the latches need servicing. There were signs of rust from within the moving parts and the door didn't easily roll up. I used spray lube on the rollers, hinges, and latches for my own benefit to make it easier but some/or all, especially the rollers should probably be replaced with new greased rollers. The ramp was okay but needs attention too as fully storing it takes some effort. The driver seat belt doesn't retract as it should either. None of these issues were enough to cause me to consider any delay in my rental.

I called another store that never answered the phone and it just kept on ringing. Not this one... they answered on the first ring! They were Very helpful, fast and explained everything in detail. Michelle was awesome! Keep up the good work.

Over the last six months I have rented multiple uhaul equipment from this location from trailers, towing equipment and large moving trucks. Each transaction has gone smoothly, and the customer service is outstanding. The website is a breeze for making reservations and the app is simple for checking out or returning equipment.

Be there. We had to wait for someone to come back from the store. they were very nice and polite. Drop-off was not good but that was because of the app. It couldn't establish our location. Despite these problems, over all it was a good experience . We used the location because there was nothing else available in the area. The closest U-haul was close, despite advertising open on weekends.
