Where do I begin? First of all the truck was buried in surrounding snow no one had bothered to dig it out. This caused me to get stuck and spend almost 20 minutes trying to get out of my spot Then when opening the door to the truck the handle came apart. Jumping into the truck, it was obvious that it had not been clean. There was dirt and drink stains all over. Not to mention that the tank was empty with no gas station nearby. I attempted to get to one gas station, but it was closed. I was lucky to make it to the next. When I return, the attendant told me I parked in the wrong spot. I proceeded to tell him that the spot was not cleared out and it took me 20 minutes to get out of there in the first place, and they needed to be addressed before someone came to pick it up. The truck remains in the same spot today as it was put yesterday and the area is still not cleared out and now it has become ice. I will never deal with this place again.

Windshield washer fluid empty and the one wiper was not working properly.

I live at Laurentian University, and getting back to my residence from that location after returning the vehicle requires taking three buses, which is very inconvenient.

Athif MThe tank was 1/4 full that is not fair to the customer . The gas should of been full and the customer brings it back full . Also I checked the engine oil and there was no oil. Had to go buy 2 liters of oil at Canadian tire just to bring it at the fill line so that I can continue with the moving . Not impressed . I'm lucky not to have burnt the engine . Good thing I checked .
JOSEPH HWe had booking already but the mobile app wouldn't allow us to enter a Canadian Postal code just zip code so we had to wait until the location opened at 9am then had to wait almost 45 mins for the owner to find out reservation. Unacceptable!
