The tank was 1/4 full that is not fair to the customer . The gas should of been full and the customer brings it back full . Also I checked the engine oil and there was no oil. Had to go buy 2 liters of oil at Canadian tire just to bring it at the fill line so that I can continue with the moving . Not impressed . I'm lucky not to have burnt the engine . Good thing I checked .

We had booking already but the mobile app wouldn't allow us to enter a Canadian Postal code just zip code so we had to wait until the location opened at 9am then had to wait almost 45 mins for the owner to find out reservation. Unacceptable!
