surge brake on trailer did not work. Trailer always slammed into truck with stops mainly at stop lights despite a slow approach. Was very disconcerting

Cristy was AWESOME!!! Very friendly and helpful. When the gas tank was near empty she went above and beyond to get it filled up so we could make the move and meet all of the military’s requirements for DITY/PPM weight tickets. Thank you Cristy!!
