The staff are extremely well-trained and competent. Everyone is friendly and that makes a big difference when renting. Nothing to improve.

Steven BRental drop off was in Lake St Louis, MO…….NOT at same location you sent in this survey. Several tires had to be replaced upon drop off. Also, left forward rim was heavily rusted around weld seams and in need of repair.

DUANE FThe truck had been sitting under a pine tree. Tree sap was on passenger side front and side windows. Tried to clean with scouring pad and ammonia/water and razor blade scraper for quite a while. Console cup holders were filthy. Everything else was clean. Truck was mechanically sound.

JAMES SThis comment isn't so much about the location as it is the truck .. I rented a small covered truck so I could retrieve a very heavy band saw I had just purchased. I was fully expecting a loading ramp to aid in the process. The truck they picked out for me did not have a ramp which complicated the process, both loading and unloading. I suggest you include "Do you need a loading ramp?" in your rental process to make sure we get what we are needing.
