Douglas LGreat service at Circle S. Uhaul's computer process when picking up trailers seems pretty slow, lots of steps that aren't necessary.
MARK UI have rented from Uhaul on multiple occasions. This location provided the smoothest experience I've had by far. The team was well organized and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

DUANE FUHaul website allowed me to rent a trailer that was still being used by another customer, and still reserved for another day. Thanks to the team at Circle S they found another trailer for me, but the UHaul website should have prevented this from happening, or notified me so I could make other plans.

Humberto CThe vehicle was marked as full when I picked it up. I drove the vehicle for 20 miles and returned. The vehicle took 7 gallons of gasoline, meaning the place did not properly check in the vehicle from a previous customer. I asked for the difference of the fuel to be reimburse and they refused. They punished the customer because they failed to properly and adequately perform their job. I am very disappointed in the my U-Haul experience.

Heather SThe truck wasn't clean when I picked it up, however that didn't necessarily bother me till I check the truck back in and Uhaul was trying to solicid $25 for cleaning fees. The Before and After checking should have clearly identified that the truck wasn't clean inside when I picked it up and therefore should have asked for me to pay a cleaning fee.

RONALD GCircle S Hardware are exemplary in their handling of U-Haul rentals. This was my second rental in December and the process was flawless and very well execute on both occasions. The staff are extremely well-trained and competent. Everyone is friendly and that makes a big difference when renting. Nothing to improve.

Steven BRental drop off was in Lake St Louis, MO…….NOT at same location you sent in this survey. Several tires had to be replaced upon drop off. Also, left forward rim was heavily rusted around weld seams and in need of repair.

GREGORY EFast and friendly service. Great rate! Although there was mud in the drivers floor area and some broken glass in the trucks cargo area. I notified them of this and they didn't charge me for returning the vehicle with such. I'll definitely rent from this location again. Thank you!
