I didn’t have any interaction with staff during my visit, but the place was very clean and well organized. Everything looked well maintained and easy to access. Overall, a good experience.

The vehicle was marked as full when I picked it up. I drove the vehicle for 20 miles and returned. The vehicle took 7 gallons of gasoline, meaning the place did not properly check in the vehicle from a previous customer. I asked for the difference of the fuel to be reimburse and they refused. They punished the customer because they failed to properly and adequately perform their job. I am very disappointed in the my U-Haul experience.

The Before and After checking should have clearly identified that the truck wasn't clean inside when I picked it up and therefore should have asked for me to pay a cleaning fee.

The staff are extremely well-trained and competent. Everyone is friendly and that makes a big difference when renting. Nothing to improve.

Steven BRental drop off was in Lake St Louis, MO…….NOT at same location you sent in this survey. Several tires had to be replaced upon drop off. Also, left forward rim was heavily rusted around weld seams and in need of repair.
