I am extremely disappointed and frankly shocked by the charges on my recent rental. How is it possible that renting the cheapest vehicle in the worst condition available ended up costing me over $100 for just two hours and a total distance of 7 miles? I demand a clear explanation for the following: $30 fuel fee – for what exactly? $8.50 for 2 gallons of fuel – how does that make any sense on top of a fuel fee? If the advertised rate is $19.95, why was I charged $43.98? This feels deceptive and completely disrespectful to customers. On top of that, your system was not functioning at pickup. I was forced to wait 45 minutes at check-in before the rental could even be processed. That delay was entirely on your side, and I expect to be compensated for that wasted time. At this point, these charges feel excessive and unjustified. I am requesting an immediate review of this rental and a minimum 50% reduction of the total charge. Anything less would be unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and resolution
