The two behind counter did not know what to do. They also put me in as a one way (which shot up to 140) and wouldn't own up to the mistake after I called uhaul to get it back to the 19.95 price. It took an extra 30 mins before we were able to take it. They need to be properly trained. When dropping it off, he told me there was a qr code for the drop box outside.. indicatinghe did not want to deal with me. I even bought gas there and a power-rade and left. I was having difficulties with the app and the photos - I called Uhaul, had to take pictures of the truck, etc (so I was walking around the truck - key in hand still) and one of the guys comes in super hot around the corner and went, 'hey! What are you doing?' I was confused and startled. He just saw me try to return uhaul key to him. I was polite enough with the response, but afterwards it still it really pissed me off. He didn't seem to understand why I was there. I definitely wasn't there because I enjoyed looking at the rentals!! He could have approached differently, since he knew I just parked it. Took another 30 minutes of talking with uhaul to "check out". I wanted to leave obviously, but since they were no help at the beginning and didnt even try to be help at the drop off, I guess I shouldnt expect a different ending. Anyways, I was supposed to pick up 2111 east rawson. If I should ever do uhaul again, I never ever want to go to the citgo again. I am a pretty easy going person, and work in the service industry, but if I'm still a bit upset the next dayn, then something is wrong.
