The computer system wouldn't close out our contract. After waiting we finally took a screen shot of the computer screen & out cash on his desk. He said he would send me confirmation on my phone & I still have not received it 24+ hours later.Jennifer W.
On Wednesday, I called the number listed for pick-up of the reservation. Raphael told me I had called the wrong number and that he couldn't help me or confirm my reservation time for pick-up had been changed. I had to call back less than 10 minutes later to confirm again. And he said he would take care of it. He was very impersonable, rude, and lacked any ability to provide assistance over the phone. When the trailer was picked up but the tires were all low. Maintenance was not performed. Very disappointed.Jerry P.

Seems like it was the guy running the place, but he was very rude to vendors. Had a Autozone part runner come in and he threw papers at here in front of me. Also the whole place seems kind of shady. Will not pick up there every again.Ryan N.

The truck leaned significantly to the right and was troubling when driving. Not this contractors fault but someone should check this rig out. Our original pick up location was 1100 block of Sam Houston, Victoria Texas. Emily was no help and I had to call customer service to get a truck at all. She was adamant I would not get a truck from her location and that I had to drive more than an hour away to find my reserved truck.Elizabeth C.

I was dropping off after hours, so did not interact with anyone. It was dark and the place was difficult to find. The address was correct, but did not see the Auto Parts sign or a Uhaul sign. Only when I pulled in did I see the Uhauls in a side area fenced in and the key drop. Perhaps need to update the Business Name or provide better instructions on the directions. I did receive the receipt the next morning, so that all worked well.James B.

I had To go search for The clerk In The back of the bldg. And then he was rude and short with me. He did not do a walk around with me and then tried to say I damaged the skirt of the truck. The A/C was not working right and blowing hot air once the truck reached 50 mph. This is not good in July Texas weather. I believe a refund of some kind would be in order.MICHAEL R.
the trailer had mown field grass in it that needed to be swept out and the man forgot to give us our dolly (we forgot to ask for it). so we were out $7. But other than that it was fine.PATRICIA W.

The U-Haul had 1/8th. of a tank of gas and my contract said 1/4 of a tank of gas. That cost me about $20.00 out of my pocket.JOEY W.
The equipment had not been swept after the last customer, so there was dirt and wood pieces left in the cargo compartment. And there were receipts and other trash left in the glove box.ADAM B.
this is the worst move we have ever made. the truck was NOT where we asked for it to be, there were no pads in the truck. we were told we could take the 12 ft trailer back to any location when we found we didn't need the extra space but the lady where we were originally supposed to pick the truck up wouldn't take it back because we picked it up at another location. the moving people we reserved through you were a piece of shit.Marilynn G.

The man I dealt with was rude, the trailer was stuck in the mud and I had to pull it out by hand. Then i almost got stuck pulling out of his back lot. I felt likeI was a hassle in his eyes for troubling him to rent this trailer.Donny F.
This was not the original place I reserved a truck. Somehow the location got switched from a location 2 miles from my storage to another pickup location ten miles away. I paid $50 up front online to guarantee the truck I ordered would be there at the original location I chose. I did not find out until the day before pickup, and I was already at the airport. So I had no time to make the change as I flew 1000 miles just to pick up the truck. When I showed up they did not have the truck that I paid $50 dollars guaranteed to be there. I had to get a bigger size truck which I did not need therefore spent more money in gas driving it 1000 miles back. The place isn't even called City Auto and Parts, It's a floor tile store. Uhaul owes me $50.KEVIN O.

My reservation was for the other location @ 1111 Sam Houston Dr. in Victoria. Did not find out until I was at the counter of the Sam Houston location that the traffic department changed our pick-up location even though the size truck I requested was available at the Sam Houston location. Was not told during the confirmation call that the pick-up location had been changed. This location is difficult to find and is not well stocked.NORMA S.

Very good experience. It's a small store with Uhaul as a sideline, a slight confusion on the location. The lady was great to work with, very pleasant and helpful. I'd go there again when I need a trailer.alwyn G.

change the supervisor on that location. he was rushing me to make my decisions about getting a dolly to pull my rear wheel drive SUV, which as you guys know is not recommendable. Manager of Victoria was rude and not professional telling me that he needed to close the store (saturday 4 pm) and i needed to leave.... total disapointed from Uhaul Victoria ... and he didnt give me a solution but drive back and forth from victoria to port neches twice..... not very happy!!! you guys should do something about it!!!ROBERTO V.
