uhual was not ready when i arrived, i had to come back twice to pick up the rental. the uhual was falling apart. when i arrived the second time to pickup the store was closed and i had to sit there and wait for them to opendiana R.
I received the gas tank empty, the location was extremely slow, there was vandalism happening at the store, the cas was dirty, when I dropped off at 8 pm the teller told me he would process the receipt the next day and charged me for extra $30 dollars even when I told him about the gas issue. Took 2 + hours to close my contract once the truck was returned, I stay until they closed the contract. 2 of the attendants gave me 3 different final prices, and at the end my card was charged 2 of the prices. Now I have to waste my time disputing it. I knew something like this was going to happen, since something as easy as closing a igual contract took 2+ hours and me being there until done.galbel F.

This was the worst renting experience ever. First they changed the location of my pickup without even telling me. The truck was clearly never maintained or cleaned and the day we moved it was icy out and the tires were bald. Slid a couple of times and I definitely could've gotten into a horrible accident if the conditions were worseValeria E.

My original truck reservation location and time was changed via email to a location over 30 miles from my selected location and to midnight of that day. I was charged all the extra milage. The location online said it opened at 9am on Saturday when I called at 930 to let them know I was in route I was informed my truck was given to someone else and they would have to find another location. When returning the truck Sunday I called to ask if I could return the truck to a closer location because the brakes were making noise and the check engine oil had come on I was passed around to 3 different employees and out on hold for an hour and a half. Worst rental experience I have ever had and will not recommend.Raymond M.

The uhaul truck battery was dead when I arrived. They jumped it to get it started and swore that I would have no trouble. Once I loaded the truck and went to leave, the truck wouldn't turn on due to the dead battery and I had to wait an additional 2 hours to leave which made me drive at the peak of a tropical storm where I had to unload my truck in the rain due to time constraints in my new building. Your company should have done better due diligence on the truck before giving it to me.LINDSEY M.

System was down when I arrived so I couldn't even get the rental at my appointed time, it took about 30-40 mins. I was not able to use the contact less check in, the original worker was there so it was one person doing the uhaul and register. First off had to drive 40 miles the opposite way to get the truck while I requested to pick it up 2 miles from my house. Told me they would change the mileage fee to 50 cents and that never happened. I dont understand why on the website you have the option to choose pick up and drop off but yet they tell you where the truck is and where you have to pick it up. Why can't someone from u haul drive the truck to my pick up location? And why can't I drop it off to where my pick up location of choice was? Why do I have to drive all the way back down 20 miles back out of my way? Will use penski for now on.Christian V.

Location was difficult to get in and out of and was a cluster. The guy who was there waiting for me though was excellent and made the experience as positive as possible. He also helped me significantly by going with me to the other location where my car was and helping me load it onto the trailer. The service was incredible.justin F.

This was my worst experience renting a truck ever. The truck was filthy and had actual poop in the truck and obviously an odor because of it. Also, the truck was not filled with my rented equipment and ready to go by my 7am pick up. One of my rented equipments was not even located at the site (the flat dolly) so I never even received this much needed piece. I am completely dissatisfied and will NEVER return to this location.Renee B.

Although the personnel were helpful and friendly, the location has very little space to maneuver. It has a gas station and some small stores that causes considerable traffic. They were very accommodating but I'd choose a less crowded place next time.Ernesto C.
