The only issue I had was the rear safety chain was missing the HOOK, that allows you to attach the chain to the frame of the truck. Luckily, I was able to purchase a chain clevis to make it work

No problem at all. We had to drop off the
trailer while the business was closed because we were out of town on the return. Date. I called the next morning and spoke to someone at the drop off location and everything was good.

Establishment failed to return the trailer that was returned and Uhaul contacted me to advise the rental has not been designated as returned. After several calls and verification by a family member that the rental was there, Uhaul promptly contacted me to advise the rental contract was closed and emailed me a receipt.

Service at the location was good. I was not happy with the fact that we had to drive over 35 country miles to get there. When there were at least 7 locations closer. It took over an hour to get there and back, just to pick up the truck. Not happy about that at all.
