PAT MYour location was out of our way due to lack of communication from the location that we actually rented your equipment from we were sent to this location which took us 27 miles out of our way to eceived the equipment we got 4 miles from our home and had to turn around because your check engine light came on.

MURL RMy husband and I had a reservation for an 8:45am pick up on Monday October 14 2024 and when we arrived at 8:40am the door was locked and nobody answered the phones. I called several times and left a voicemail. No call back. We ended up calling the number that we made the reservation through and they were just as confused as we were and they tried a manager, they tried reaching the store to no avail. 1 hour later we ended up finding the truck we reserved and were able to unlock the back of the truck to retrieve the key and finally take the truck ourselves with no help from the store, only the operators help. I have used Uhaul for over 20 years and have never had such a terrible experience and will never use uhaul again. A lot of money down the drain by setting us back on time to move states under a short window.. thanks…
