Way to overpriced to rent a car dolly for only 4 hours. Plus was told in the begining it would be 52.78 after taxes. Then at checkout was told it is 75 dollars. Then he informed me that when I brought it back the difference would be refunded back to me. But when I brought it back i was told only 15.29 is being refunded back to me. When I asked why was told that is the difference. Obviously he doesn't know simple math cause that is not the correct difference. Definitely don't plan on doing that again cause I felt like he could've at least have been more clear on the whole situation. Was not a good experience.

I had left my car at this location, and called to let them know I would pick it up later after I drop the van to a specific location in Jackson Tn, a lady picked up and she was so rude on the phone, she kept insisting I was supposed to return the van back to Dyersburg, her male colleague took over an looked my information in the system, only to find out the the lady assumed I was someone else. She surely needs retraining, and talking over a customer is not okay.

The only trouble I had is when it came to me verifying the license plate, taking pictures of the uhaul and the gas and mileage at the end it wouldn’t allow me to do that part other than that everything went smooth and I thank you guys !!

the people here were ok but due to the lack of instructions at pick up, we got charged for items that I beleive we should not have been charged with. there was an engine light on and the codes showed that it was the transmission control module - from not communicating to overheating. told the guy and uhaul about it and he said that he was not going to report it, he said "whenever they do the round of maintenance on then they will find it"... I feel sorry for the next guy that has to rent this unit and trailer, there is a short in the lights somewhere.

The staff and service is PERFECT but as a corporation U-Haul needs to make this location more visible from the road. Maybe a taller sign advertising “U-HAUL” and plastic signage in bigger font for “ENTRANCE” & “EXIT”

Mitch is the best!!! We rented this storage facillity to put items from an estate in it. Three members of the family came to retrieve items from it (one also rented a trailer from Mitch.) In every case Mitch was helpful, knowledgable and made sure everything went just right. He IS the best!
