Not the location issue, but.... equipment electrical not checked prior to delivery. Trailer connected, tested lights... issue. Couldn't allow Trailer to leave. Was sent to a location that did not rent uhaul trailers. Put me 2 hours behind. Not to mention road work detour in front of rental that made it a nightmare for out of town renters to navigate to get to the location. I was NOT HAPPPY AT ALL WITH SERVICE AND MAKING OTHERS WAIT!

Had to wait for someone to open store. My appointment was at 10:00 am Then she didn’t have the tool to lift trailer to attach to vehicle so she had to call area manager while we waited I tried to help her pick up and load on my vehicle so I could get it loaded and leave but it was way to heavy for us to load. Finally another woman showed up and helped us load. The manager said she was going to call to get me a discount or refund but I have not heard anything. I was there for over a hour. I have used Uhaul many times and not ever had this problem. Y’all need to provide the stores with proper equipment and please contact me for discount in my next rental as I will be needing another soon.

Julie LThey changed my reservation causing met to be charged almost $400 dollars more than I agreed to. I drove 100 miles out of my way to return a truck to a location you wanted for a reduced rate, and YOU charged me for it. BOO to this.
Mike CThere is not much room to return trailers, and next to a busy, close, road. It took a while to get the receipt from the gal running the place. Limited hours - to 3 PM in the afternoon? She did help me anyway.
Patrick HThere was a lot of confusion about whether we had dropped the Uhaul off or not. We dropped it off 2 days before our agreed date. i called the customer service number and i was told our account had been updated to show the Uhaul had been dropped off. Today I received a call asking if we were planning on dropping off the Uhaul. It was very frustrating and added more stress to an already stressful time for us. Very frustrated with Uhaul this time.
