They prorate moving in but only prorate moving out if it’s in the first week of the month! No other storage in the area does that! So they double dip for sure! Will not be back!

Wry helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure I had the right trailer for my needs. The manager even swapped out the trailer by himself just so I wouldn’t possibly struggle with a latch that was a little tough. Great experience.

Very good facility 24 hour access. Being in the military your Limited to certain personnel items. This facility lets you have your own space, privacy and access whenever you want to your personnel items. Price was great until the city tax went up but what can you do.

Excellent management and facility. Used for 10 months while in Europe, day I came back and got my car, owner called me within 2 hours asking if I had taken my car because my spot was empty. 10/10 would use again and recommend!!

Extremely easy and professional to pick up and drop off truck. Was exactly what we needed. The staff at the front desk (main staff member and in-training staff member) were phenomenal. Very friendly and just great all around customer service. Highly recommend this Uhaul branch. If/when we need another moving truck, will definitely be coming back here.

Nothing. Employees were kind and courteous. This site should be used as the standard for your company. Clean building, clean truck, knowledgeable staff and worked with me when I needed to extend my rental. I would definitely recommend my family and friends. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I'm glad I was wrong.

I must say the guy at the front was super awesome and helpful. Made the process super easy. Everything was great about this place. This is the first time I have had to use a storage and it was super easy. Moving alone can be stressful but the staff here were very welcoming. If i ever need to use this place again i would.

The only issue I have is that I paid for the full month but only needed it until the 9th and didn't get any money returned. I spent over $100 for 9 days of storage use. This should be prorated. That's robbery.
