Be sure to offer the customer a printed paper reciept for the transaction before the customer leaves, rather than telling the customer "your reciept will be E- Mailed to you."

This is a tire repair shop and the mechanics does not have any experience with the U-Haul rental (or at least the one that was in the shop that day).
