I needed up not even getting to use the truck. Because pick-up was delayed due to no one answering of picking up in time I lost my time slot on the items I intended to move with the U-haul and had to just return it right back. So I basically lost my money.

I went 12 miles with the small truck, and returned it within 4 hours of pickup. They charged me for 125 miles. What should have been around a $45 total, now $192 was charged to my card. Now I have to jump through ALL the hoops to get it fixed! Need I say more?

ALEX CReally cannot rate this facility good or otherwise as it was closed when we arrived. It does make me rate it to be able to submit this review. It was not very clear as to where to park the U-Haul truck in the instructions. We found the overnight dropbox on the side of the house so that made it easy to drop off the key. We did not interact with any personnel as it was closed.

GINA EIt was closed at 3pm. We had no help. It wasn’t the location that was so poor it was the U Haul return procedure at an unmanned location. Having to go on line, take pictures when you’re so worn out from moving is not only exhausting it is extremely annoying. I will never rent from a place that is not a U Haul location!!!

Michael RThe office of Citywide Apartment Locators was closed, and no one was available to assist with where to park the vehicle. The parking lot is tiny, and one of the two designated parking spaces was taken by the beauty shop owner next door. The shop owner instructed me to park on the street. The U-Haul app was very difficult to use as the return pictures were continuously rejected, but none of the instructions provided assisted in resolving the issue. The app eventually restarted and said the return was completed without all the pictures being approved first.
