It was closed at 3pm. We had no help. It wasn’t the location that was so poor it was the U Haul return procedure at an unmanned location. Having to go on line, take pictures when you’re so worn out from moving is not only exhausting it is extremely annoying. I will never rent from a place that is not a U Haul location!!!
Angela AI was not expecting to spend 15-20 minutes on the app before I could get the truck. It was very frustrating. I had already uploadedy license and had to do it again-also frustrating.

DAVID Sonly frustration was the location was moved from a place close to my house to closer to downtown Austin, which meant more traffic/time to pick it up
Michael RThe office of Citywide Apartment Locators was closed, and no one was available to assist with where to park the vehicle. The parking lot is tiny, and one of the two designated parking spaces was taken by the beauty shop owner next door. The shop owner instructed me to park on the street. The U-Haul app was very difficult to use as the return pictures were continuously rejected, but none of the instructions provided assisted in resolving the issue. The app eventually restarted and said the return was completed without all the pictures being approved first.
