Communication. I tried to pick this up using the app and it told me to call customer service (wait time on hold) and so I did and they said to go inside. So I did. So I had to wait for some dude to handle everything over the phone anyway... I mean.. not very efficient and I lost an hour of the precious time window. The guy was not apologetic. Not personable, got weird when I asked him if he was at the store or not....
FRANCIS KTruck was dirty. Was charged fuel charge despite returning truck at same level of fuel I departed with. Have to collect refund through bank after uhaul representative literally hung up the phone on me. Was forced to drive across town to initiate complaint face to face because store doesn’t answer their phone. Horrible experience. Have never had a problem at previous truck rentals.
NATHAN RIt took them 45 minutes to hand me the keys while standing there waiting. Also caused my movers to leave because they made us extremely late. This is the worst location and the truck was very dirty and it needs a mechanic! I am very unhappy and would like some kind of refund!!!
JENNIFER HLies and said gas tank was three fourths full, when actually it was only half, brought it back on half and they charged me for fuel anyway. Be careful if theyre hurting for 20 bucks that damn bad

Thomas SI challenge the charge for 2 gallons of gas. I went 15 miles and put 11.00 worth of gas in the tank. I have both the before and after photos and they look the same! When I began to drive the needle immediately dropped. Why wouldn’t they send me the photo with the 2 gallons they feel they needed to and? Richard JI made reservations for and 15’ truck for pick up time 1:15pm didn’t get the truck until a hour in a half later rep interviewed me for my information over the phone on speaker everyone over heard my personal information, in the store . when I received the truck its was on empty and dirty. I returned the truck and keys early to the store worker , the store worker mentioned I will receive a confirmation email receipt never received a receipt until two days later. I Had to keep calling to get the information they don’t answer there phone just unacceptable unprofessional. This store makes Uhaul look bad and I never had a problem with Uhaul before. Will never give this store another business opportunity.
Denise YEveryone was nice and very helpful under the circumstances of needing a same day rental for my move. They communicated well and the process was easy.
Gleneisha FThey do not check in returns promptly. They do not answer calls. The customer service is horrible. If I had not gone back up there, they still wouldn’t have checked in my trailer that was returned the day after I rented it (3 days early).
