Janel FI filled up the uhaul at the pump out front to the level it was when I picked it up and took a picture of the digital gas gauge. the person charged me for an additional 5 gallons of gas and I filed a dispute for the amount
TONYA MThey need to clean and inspect the back part and not just the front of the truck also letting customers know when checking in that it's not the final price when they charge you the first time. Communication will make a huge difference when dealing with customers expecially if you have a first time renter who isn't very familiar with how a U-Haul works. It's cheaper to rent from Enterprise for a day than renting a U-Haul
Jazzmine TThese people are dishonest . Said i was being emailed a reciept instead thet attempted to charge my card additional fees . When confronted he apologized and said it was for a different customer . I never recieved a reciept until a week later .
