CORNELIUS EEquipment for self pick-up was extremely difficult to use. The numbers on the side of the truck and the back did not match. Back tires were each 15psi too low requiring purchasing air from a tire store (which thankfully was open on Sunday) since a regular air pump at a service station only goes to 70 psi. Truck was parked in mud. Overall a disappointing experience.
Robert CFurniture pads and dolly were not provided as requested. Unit had damage to rear end as shown, and back was not swept out upon pickup.

RANDY HAgain! Another move and the entire moving process was a horrible experience.... Except for renting a U-Haul from Christy at The Clark County Livestock and Feed in Arkadelphia. Christy is always in a good mood. She makes me laugh when I'm in a bad mood and she always has what I need. The location is so convenient. Customer service is top notch and renting a truck is quick and painless. The only thing I would suggest would be to sell the packing supplies at the store. Thanks again, T.

Daniella GI initially was scheduled to pick up my trailer in Malvern. I called ahead to ensure someone would be there. I was told there would be, no one there. I called the reservation center and they transferred my trailer to the Arkadelphia location and they did a great job. This is the second bad experience with the Malvern location. Never again

Joshua L20 bucks worth of wireless solar flood lights would be a major Plus and help people turning in their truck in the evening. Would have been helpful if they had some supplies hated to have to make another trip to a different store. We needed plastic to wrap our furniture etc they had no storage space for supplies was the comment.

Finis LThere is no clear signs where to drop of your key. There is also no clear location of a building. I parked in a muddy parking lot in front of a feed store. The feed store employee seen me walking around aimlessly Looking for somewhere to drop my key off and helped me. This location needs clear big signs.
