Service and clean the vehical
ASHLEY PWhen setting up a reservation over the phone, please let them about all the fees. My phone took forever to load the app instructions to return the vehicle but I made sure to turn in on time. Also does not let customer know about the $100 deposit. Operator did not let me know about the service fee if you forgot about the gas or any of that. Because app did not load when at location did not know about it. So instead of getting charged $50 I got charged $97. Because operator did not let any of that be known at all. I did not know about any of these fees until I called the location the next opening day to make sure everything was okay with the truck.
Quanesha RI dropped the U-Haul off after hours, which is why I answered “no” for personnel being helpful.

DONALD NTruck was great but the check in process thru the mobile app was a nightmare!!!!!! It took an hour to check in to get our keys. I do not believe I will ever use U-Haul again!!
ROCKY BThe UHAUL APP is horrible to check out or to return. Awful is an understatement to describe the app. I would rather have a root canal and a prostate exam simultaneously than use the UHAUL app to check or return equipment. I need to stress had no issues with either location (West Pointe nor Derby)...they were great .

Shauna HI misunderstood at pick up that the trailer I rented was owned by that location. She did tell me to return it to them. It was hooked to a 26 ft uhaul to be returned in Arkansas. Iur move was sudden and I’m a single Mom with only 2 children to help me move. No famikt in Oklahoma. They were super nice and helpful. On the other end at return I was floored by a fee of 3 to 4 times the one way rental for returning it to the wrong location. Customer service said it would be 2 times the one way rental. I was expecting that. But not $930 for the trailer to go back to Ardmore. I fourinhave rented a truck and toon it back for less. It was a mistake in my part. Everyone was great in Ardmore. I’m sorry for the trouble.
Kelli FWorst experience ever. Bad exhaust leak, couldn't hear yourself think, had to ride with windows down to keep from smelling fumes. Road walked real bad, hard to hold on the road. Box had leaked, ruined a twin size mattress. You can tell where it was somewhat patched...then to get charged full price...I know I won't make or break you, but I won't rent again from uhaul.
STEVEN AOnly input the correct vehicle so if replacements are put in place like a trailer instead of a dolly, it will actually work. I lost a whole day of travel because of improper equipment replacement by u haul.

Etta SFix the app! Or rent from a place that is open when you need the truck. We spent about 45 min trying to get through the pick up process because the app would not respond or move slow. Also it would not accept the pic from dl for some reason even after repeated attempts. Made the process very stressful!

rosa wMore of a website issue. The reservation said pickup was 7am but the business opens at 8. Customer service was excellent on pickup and drop off. I had to keep the truck an extra day and was super easy by just a phone call.

Shasta DThe alignment was Terrible on the truck which made the 30 hour trip dangerous along with an auto transport being hauled. They rented out the uhaul with only 1/4 of gas and did not give me any credit toward the bill as a courtesy. Not satisfied

LIZANNE SAny moving truck should have a ramp. Maybe if the business was open I could have been informed that the 10' trucks don't have a ramp. 100% useless truck for moving without a ramp. I have informed a lot of people about the stupid decision by uhaul to not put a ramp on the 10' truck. Never will we use a uhaul truck again!

Edward PCrappy place, and the drop off is across the main road from there lot. They also like to charge you extra for stuff that people would refuse to pay. As in 150 for locking the keys in the cab because they don't have anything labeled for key drop off. Shitty as uhaul place will NEVER use again
