TRACEE FThe Guy running it looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there, he was gruff and cut me off several times as I was talking. Also, the tank was not as full as he indicated on the paperwork and the truck's interior was dirty. the location is just too convenient.

William SEasy location to get to. I will say it’s the first time I have ever known that UHaul charges by your location dropping off. Prices ranged between $700-$1300 all within a 40 minute drop off range. I will definitely research all drop of locations next time. I wasn’t towing a car this time so my whole trip was a little inconvenient for what I had originally booked. Other than that the truck was great!!
DIANA HThe travel dolly was damaged. A better inspection of the equipment would help. When the broken tail light was pointed out the person just tie wrapped the wires to the fender. These eventually broke the wires and the tail light did not work any more. Had to eventually call Road side assistance because the left wheel was bent and caused the dolly to shake extremely when approaching 50 mph.

JAMES NThe first tow dolly they tried to give us had a flat. The second tow dolly seemed fine but we had a blow out on the right tire which destroyed the fender and lights on the trailer and did damage to my car. Also, the ratchets are rusted and worn out and barely work as they should. The tire that blew out appeared to be a recap because of the way the tread ripped off and blew the tire. U-Haul needs to better maintain their equipment. I will never be using U-Haul again and I’ve been a customer for roughly 20 years now.

CARIDAD RUnfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the individual who helped me. However, he was very pleasant and helpful. We rented a 6x12 trailer to move our daughter into an apartment. There was sufficient space for everything we needed to move which required us only one trip.
Kevin YYour checking in and out process, all the questions are totally difficult to answer if they already know about their trucks. I can see mileage, fuel, but taking pictures of interior, outside, driver/ passenger, etc is a little too much. It was an experience I didn’t see coming considering I’ve never had to do this before.
