The trailer looked a little worn, but it pulled very well. It was just the aesthetics. It did not inspire confidence, but was very functional.

EARLE DYour server was down. Dealer had to try backup method and after that failed, use manual method (? Used their cell phone). After all of this, rental was done, but a bad charge was done. The bad charge was corrected upon return of truck.

Charleston JThe initial U-Haul location The initial U-Haul location we booked was 36 storage in Covington, ga. But when I got there I found out they double booked our truck so that’s why we went to classic games for our U-Haul rental. It was an inconvenience for us because we had to get charged for extra miles that we used due to having to go farther out to get the rental. 🙄

James BI have always had a good experience at this location. This time I used mobile app check in. The truck on front passenger side has a light barely hanging in, the back door was rolled up, and then I cranked it up and the low fuel light was on - no gas. It made us late getting started. The tires on this truck are almost bald. It shimmies at about 50 mph. Worst truck I’ve ever rented from U-Haul. It’s not the location. It’s the truck
Valerie MFill the vehicles up first! I barely drove 2 blocks before the fuel light came on. The back of the cargo van was a little sticky. The floor mat in back was made to prevent slipping so it was hard to load and slide boxes.

GWENDOLYN JCustomer service representative Reagan lacked the knowledge of trailer connectors and how to center a trailer hitch with a king pin connector. She cancelled the contract for no other reason except her lack of knowledge. Instead of asking a different CSR to show her how to properly connect the trailer she cancelled the contract. This decision cost me $1200.00 in lost revenue due to the reason I needed a trailer. I have a long history with UHaul but this was the first negative experience I have had one that cost mea lot of money
