Terrible Experience. $14 additional 'Safe Move' charge I was not told about. Returning truck after hours required downloading an app that took forever to make work. I Had to take & upload pictures of everything. Location is like a demilitarized zone; did not feel safe. I called the following morning to confirm that the return was ok. Telephone line is now disconnected. Did they go out of business overnight? I have no receipt for the trucks return.Tom S.

Absolutely terrible! The person working did put out his blunt while checking me in, while blowing smoke in my face.He just handed the phone to me to give my credit card to another person, who had loud music playing the entire conversation. I already booked this online with my credit card info by the way. My credit card had fraudulent charges the next day and I had to cancel it. coincidence? I think not. I ordered 6 packing blankets and 1 dolly and was given two blankets in poor shape that I couldn't even use.. I returned the truck and was charged for two dollys and 12 blankets and two extra days. Unbelievable! Luckily, it did not go through because I had to cancel my card, it was shut off with was a huge hassle for me. I went back and forth with customer service and spoke with the local regional Manager Bryon several times who was very helpful and did what he could but I was still charged way too much. They tried to charge me $367 for two days and he got it down to around $215. The entire experience was a nightmare to be honest and I will certainly not be using Uhaul at any location in the future unless you can make it rightâ€¦ I work for a Production company that rents trucks on a weekly basis and spends thousands of dollars and to be honest I will just pay more for Penske or another brand unless you can make this right. I will let all my friends who who handle booking trucks as well about Uhaul unless you can change my opinion. I paid more than $200 for a two day rental with very limited mileage and many headaches to follow. More than disappointed customer, PetePeter M.

Make sure rental has sufficient gas, the keys are easily accessible, and an office to conduct business in that is used during business transactions.kila R.

Called to rent a truck after a major accident we had..we took a Lyft to address..there were no Uhauls there..the lady came 30min later..she had no professional manners..she didnt have the truck..we waited even longer and then she had no urgency to take care of us...the place was a shack in a seedy neighborhood..do not rent from this place..susan K.

The Lady charged me for two days when I told her I wanted rent for one whole day. The defrost did not work had to get out and keep wiping the Windows off by hand.Karen S.

First I had to chase them down to give it back tothem the lady Wanda was never there then charged me a $30 late fee and I rented it on a Saturday and they are closed on Sunday. She also was discussing a private matter to a tenant on the phone in front of me very unproffessional and would never come back or recommend to anyone EVER.......SAKENNA P.
I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 5:45pm . Classic tired say they close at 5pm.. I called the toll free number and they said in their system the company close at 6.. I was just stuck there ... They are not ever there. It took me four days to receive my deposit back... They mixed my information up with someone else's . The lady who checked me in was very rude and disrespectful ... She stated that a uhaul doesn't mean anything to her business... She really can care less about the uhaul .. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!Lashawn H.
Shut this location down so nobody else has to endure being treated like a bum on the street instead of paying customers. When I returned the truck the woman I had to talk to wasn't there and nobody else could process my paper work and check the truck in. It was rediculousMELISSA A.
