JOSEPH KThis is my Go to location any time I need to rent a van or a truck for moving. Every time they are helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Their trucks are always clean and well maintained. They are just great folks to work with when you need to move or move things.

Ava WThey didn’t put the things I rented into the truck like the blankets and the appliance handtrucks when I rented it. I paid and my son picked the truck up. So he didn’t know the things we rented were not in the truck until we got to the home to start loading. I had to get my 73 year mother to go back to the rental facility to pick the things up. There was a man working there at the time that told her to go get them. She told him she couldn’t pick them up. He didn’t even acknowledge her again and was rude. A customer at the location noticed what was happening and he put the heavy handtrucks into her vehicle for her. She was so upset she didn’t even think about the blankets. They should have know they weren’t given to us as well. So I didn’t even get the blankets but got charged for them. When I returned the vehicle at 2:30 in the afternoon they were closed because of illness and I couldn’t even speak to anyone. I left a voicemail with the complaint but haven’t received a call yet and it’s been three days. The man there was the most unprofessional person in my opinion. What needs to be changed? Make sure you have a checklist of what is supposed to be inside the truck that was rented. The employee and the rental person look through the list and each item is checked off. My first complaint is they didn’t get my stuff I rented into the truck so I had to send someone to go pick the stuff up later. Mostly my real problem and complaint is about expecting my elderly mother to pick those heavy appliance handtrucks up to put in her vehicle then allowing a customer to put them in the vehicle for her. If they had put what I rented into the truck in the beginning I would not have had to make this review.
Wendy PU-Haul makes it difficult to return trucks and trailers because you do not list all your facilities. Every time I rent the return locations U-Haul lists are never closest to my destination.
Ron PTrailer was full of drywall debris including nails and screws. It was brought there by a U Haul Manager. Location owner was extremely helpful and cleaned out the trailer.

Jeffrey WI requested furniture pads. The bag for them was in the cargo area; however, it was empty. Thankfully, I had someone who could bring blankets, but it was disappointing.
