When I arrived at the location, I was not sure where to pull in with the trailer. A worker met me and directed me where to park. He then unhooked the trailer, and pushed it into a spot. I did not have to do any of it. They were quick, helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend this location!

Angela CartwrightWhen I arrived at 7 am, the keys were not in the correct key box. After calling, it was discovered they were in a different key box. Once I finally got into the truck, the 2 dollies and the furniture pads I paid for were not in the truck. I had to call customer service again, as the place of business was not open yet. I was transferred 4 times, and each time really no one had a solution. This took so long that the place of business finally opened and the employee basically stated they didn’t prep the truck. The truck’s gas was also on empty, so I had to stop immediately for gas. This delayed my start time for moving by at least 2 hours. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The customer service people I spoke to never really provided any apology (until the last person I spoke to). Everyone seemed annoyed that I had this issue.

Pamela JordanTruck was poorly maintained. AC didn’t work, steering made loud banging noise that you could feel through the steering wheel while driving, and there was an access panel in the floor of the box, right at the top of the ramp, that broke when I stepped on it causing my foot to go partially through the floor. The pictures of the vehicle that they used for identification/condition before taking the truck off the lot were years old and didn’t accurately represent the current condition of the vehicle. I’ve used this location without issue in the past, but will not be using it in the future due to the numerous issues with my recent rental.

Jeffrey GregoThe tire straps were badly frayed and unsafe/unusable. It appeared as though this was from people driving with the straps unsecured. The ends were severly degraded and frayed and need to be replaced. This trailer is unsafe.

Did not know you could do that? 2nd lady I spoke with to allow to use original location when I was already there was awesome, first lady was no help. After a crazy long day she made me from crying!!

Laura FoxArrived on Saturday to pick up my reserved vehicle and there was no one present to address a rental that day. An employee of the auto glass company had to call someone on vacation in Mertle Beach to assist with issuance of the vehicle. Vehicle had number previously marked damage and I was unable to upload photos at time of rental. Inside the vehicles lighting switch is not secured to the dash board.
RODNEY MEYSEMBOURGIt was a bit confusing dropping off, but the owner came out to apolgize that the building is new and the drop box is not installed yet. That would really help to get that installed. Otherwise, truck was perfect for last minute need. I had called ahead to inquire and they had the truck up front and ready to go when I arrived a short time later. If need again, this is the location I will use and refer others to.
diane currentI didn't know about the $20 after hours fee. That wasn't made clear to me and disappointing.

Lindsey KeesI dropped off a full 24-hour ahead of time. The place was already closed. But a lady named Dessii Mcalear, from UHAUL Sales or UHAUL Online Customer Service - helped me with the online return process which I have never done it before. I felt much better after talking with her - as I was having concern that the trailer might gotten stolen and I'll be blamed for it. Anyway, I recommend Dessii to anyone.
Issac LianzarthanOver 30 plus years of driving trucks this was absolutely the worst riding truck I have ever driven !!! And I got. No credit for the extra fuel I had put in the truck ....it only had 1/4 tank of fuel when it was picked-up. It had a 1/2 tank when we dropped it off

KEITH JACOBSENEverything was good, except for the confusion over when the equipment return times. Unfortunately this happened twice! Other than that it was great!
CHRIS KILGOREI was charged for extra 18 miles. When I reported immediately, I was told that I will get the refund for 18 miles. But I didn’t get. When I followed up after 10 days, The lady on phone told that’s not possible. When I told, I had taken photo for reference when I dropped off, I was told that I could have taken prior drop off. Seriously… I was asked to contact another person… he didn’t even pick my phone and didn’t respond to my voicemail…. It would have been genuine if they had returned the extra money they charged by mistake…. I won’t recommend this congressional road branch and will not rent again
Hameem MohamedAliThe truck and location were perfectly fine and very clean, etc... The location was very helpful actually. I would rent from this location again in a hearbeat. I do want to note, however, that picking up with the "online experience" was pretty frustrating, as was returning with the same method. The website kept shutting down or timing out or something and I had to re-enter all my information multiple times, leading to frustration and the whole process taking much longer than necessary. I like the idea of it, and it's not that it was hard. It was just so glitchy and took so much extra time.

Brian MannOf course the drop off location was closed on a Saturday afternoon so had to place keys in lockbox. Next day received a charge of $29 for fuel. I put in $52 before dropping off and the tank was above 1/2 full, exactly where it was at pickup. They claimed it was below 1/2 full and thus the charge. This was completely fabricated and a false charge. Sent u-haul an email and have yet to receive a response.
