This is a review in general for UHaul: Initially was a mobile pick up. There wasn't very clear instructions on where the key drop box was, and the truck did not have the material requested like a dolly or 12 blankets. It took 2 hours to finally get the truck, equipment and start packing. The gas was practically at empty at pick up as well. 6hrs into a 16 hr drive, the wheel bearing on the front right tire caught on fire and melded to the rim. We had to egress the vehicle knowing the gas tank is also right under our seats ( I would recommend inspecting the trucks before just handing them off. It likely had some issues before pick up that were not noted) We had ABS lights, Check break system lights, and the rest of lights associated with our breaks. This issue continued with the lights even after being fixed. The road side assistance team that met us out did well and helped the best they could. It took 18hrs to diagnose and fix. After over a week and submitting my receipts for the hotel we had to stay at from the incident, I still have not received reimbursement and was passed around the phone line a handful of times before actually being helped. I had to let someone know I've been passed off before being truly helped.
