I had an excellent experience with ClearHome Self Storage! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Jon was especially fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of when I returned the rental truck. I highly recommend ClearHome Self Storage for their great service and professionalism. Will definitely use them again!

The equipment was clean, but covered with snow and the overhead door was frozen shut. It had been a couple days since it last snowed and I had the reservation for days so it wasn’t a surprise that I was coming. The actual check in process only took 5 minutes, but I had to wait 20 minutes while the sole employee was talking with an upset customer on the phone.

This location seems to have a difficult time staffing properly to cover rentals. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up upon pickup, and upon drop off nobody was there to help me either. Both times were during normal business hours.

The inside of the windshield was very dirty, hard to drive when heading in the direction of the sun or at night.

Excellent and understanding of my potential late return when I called ahead ,due to an accident and 16 minute back up on the hwy in Grand Rapids,MI. The man was very kind, understanding and helpful. Thank you.

Everyone we talked with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was clean and in great shape! Returning was super easy. Javy @ Perfect Storage was very nice and the whole process was incredible.

No employee and store closed at the time of scheduled pick-up! Totally frustrating and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars extra in the long run. This is post pandemic customer service. What a shame!

Jon was my customer service person, he was really efficient. He helped me put the trailer onto my car and was very good with explaining how to bring it back. I would give him a five star.

We was charged a huge fee for being late and extra miles which we feel we shouldn't of been due to bad breaks we had to drive slower and back roads because we was afraid the truck wasn't going to stop. They were grinding so bad.
