I rented the truck for 24/hours …. The following day I extended it to 9pm due to bad weather both days.. When extended the Rep stated that I would NOT be charged Extra, she also sent an email stating that I would NOT be charged. My book was supposed to be $71. Instead my account was debited 4times in the amount of $141.82, $146.96, 71.96 and $66.82. U-Haul completely WIPED MY ACCOUNT CLEAN BEFORE MY LABOR DAY TRIP TO GA. I called and they gave me Jacob English number. After speaking with him, he stated that I would only be charged the correct amount and not the $140 something odd dollars. I trusted him. However I was hit with all these fees. And it ruined my weekend, outfits that were needed and my trip. I could never get this day back. I called and left Mr. English a VM. Still haven’t heard him. I would like to have all my money refunded, immediately please. I don’t even know if a real person is going to read this or AI, either or…. The customer service was good that wasn't the problem THERE WAS NO RAMP which made it impossible for why I rented the truck was unable to get my washer and dryer and deep freezer and made it extra hard to get my move done

Keundra WA rather disorganized experience, although the employee was very nice. I was the only one there and it took at least 30 minutes to get on my way (to be fair, their internet was down but I was told that this had been an ongoing problem - why?). I had been redirected to this location which was well out of my way because my size truck wasn't available any closer. When I was picking up my truck I was asked "Were you told that you have to go to another location to get your dolly?". I had the dolly removed at that point.
