I've booked a 10' vehicle for less than a day and used only 26 miles but they charged me $75 which is too high. when i booked the vehicle i did not add insurance but it was added with extra miles.
GOPALAKRISHNAN MI will never use U-Haul again and I’m passing on the info that insurance will automatically be added on. The U-Haul clerk never once said anything and he was actually just as shocked. Stealing is a crime and I am contacting a lawyer and my bank about this.

DAVID SThe truck was not cleaned out by the staff or left clean by the previous customer. There was a Burger King cup inside of the cup holder which may have been left from the previous customer. There was plastic wrap left in the back of the truck. The staff member was very polite and courteous. She cleaned the truck out prior to me leaving the premises in the truck.
