To actually have a rep on site. This having to do everything by phone was ridiculous. The man at the C store was very nice and friendly. The man on thr phone was very hard to hear and understand. We had to drive to an O'Reilly store twice for parts that other U Haul stores have available to purchase. Would not recommend this place at all.
CHRISTINA VThis was the most horrible, dishonest moving experience we have EVER had with any moving company, and we have rented several times with u-haul. The man at this location was so insulting, couldn't speak English, refused to even speak with me, and would only would speak with my husband. I don't know if that is because of his culture that disrespects women, but if you are going to conduct business in America, you should respect our customs of treating everyone with courtesy and respect, including women. Everything was done over the app, the guy at the counter didn't know how to rent the vehicle to us himself, he had to call another guy on the phone who was yelling at him and me. It was ridiculous. Then, at first they had charged us $178.00, for what they thought would be the estimated charges, even though we said that we only needed the van for a few hours. Then, after arguing with them, they finally changed it to $67.00, which was still too much. They had put a $15.00 fee on the invoice for some secure service charge, which no one asked us if we wanted or not, they just charged it, and when we wanted to know what the charge was for the guy on the phone tried to say that it was our fault that we didn't notice it on the invoice when we first rented the vehicle. I don't normally look for an invoice until I bring the vehicle back. Again, no one, asked us if we wanted any extra protection or whatever that charge was for. We were very frustrated by their EXTREME rude and Unprofessional behavior towards us. We will never use this location again.
RAND SThis location was terrible! There was a large communication gap - the clerk at the location put us on a speaker phone call with another man who spent the entire time of our car chatting with other people in the location that he was at. Not simply answering questions but full on inappropriate conversations. The man on the phone added miles to our plan, didn’t ask me, and then at drop off we find out that we won’t be refunded that charge. Terrible service!!!
