Agent seemed only partially familiar with the computer system provided. I had to correct some information they had provided as answers to some of my questions. A fair bit of wasted time while the agent figured out the system. The inside of the trailer was cluttered with bits of debris from previous rentals. It looks as if it was not swept out though still useable. There was also mud caked on the fenders suggesting it had been on a long trip on muddy roads -- hadn't been washed off. When hooking up the trailer they couldn't figure out how to do it and finally decided they needed a large wrench to loosen the knob. The assistant went to look for one and returned with a can of WD40 to loosen it up instead. That worked. This is a relatively new location so hopefully the staff will be better prepared and more skilled at getting a rental ready for use when the next customer arrives.

Tim FThe manager was very helpful and kind. On November 21, I reserved a 15-foot truck to pick up on November 27. A day before the pickup date, before noon, I received a call from the U-Haul call centre that the truck we reserved was not available at this location, and they only had 10 feet. The lady who called from the call centre did not try to resolve this. She asked if I wanted to take the 10-foot truck and a trailer or just cancel. She wasn't much help since I was panicking because I still had to move and did not have the truck I reserved.
Dj JThe site was not listed on U-Haul.com (but is our local site) so “online booking” was not possible. The U-Haul app was used for drop-off; it worked great! Nice unit, actually was a nice ride (I was dreading it, thinking it’d be harsh), tires/engine/body parts was in good shape = no worries during travel. A tad pricey though.
