Jacob CThis location was many miles off the beaten track, in the middle of farm land. We got there about 1:30 and there was no one around. A sign said to call a number for U-Haul related things. I called and was told they were at lunch and to just drop the trailer off behind the taco truck. We left the trailer and waited for some acknowledgement of receipt, which didn't come until the next day.
VAL CThe guy was nice but location seemed new or just low on stock. The location had system problems and they where out of moving pads.

DANIEL FI was not Told or given a paper contract stating I had to return equipment at 8:30 am , however I was charged an additional day . When I asked when I should return equipment was only given a date no time frame .

jason ENo clear instructions given to drop off U-haul (does not tell you where to park, what to do, etc.) just gives a phone number and the guy didn't answer for a few times until I started texting him.
