There isn’t anyone available to speak with—only a drop box. I’d prefer to hand it directly to a person instead. I contacted U-Haul customer service to confirm that all the photos were successfully submitted. I’m unable to comment on the cleanliness of the location, the helpfulness of the staff, or whether I would recommend it, as this was a drop-off only."

Recognize that your business depends on two critical forms of customer data that must be technically protected, as well as circumstantially assured: credit card and drivers license. These are two critical forms of personal data that whole hopefully technically safe, I do not feel comfortable having given both to this location. This mailbox store was not only trashed, but staffed by two women and possibly one of their children that made me feel like I was running at you all at a swap meet. If the business cannot present themselves as business casual, they should lose the U-Haul opportunity. Nothing about this location, or the staff lived up to the trust a customer must have in the U-Haul brand. Have standards for the U-Haul brand which I had come to trust until recently. These people have my credit card and my drivers license and I will not be reassured until I take my own steps to secure my own identity data.
ANDREW VThe Truck only had about 15000 miles/ At 60 MPH the truck was shaking so bad it was unsafe to drive. Truck requires basic maintenance.
LYN FI rented the truck for a few hours Saturday and returned an hour early. I inspected the truck before and after. No damages. I cleaned out the inside before returning. They left me messages on the following Tuesday stating I had never returned the truck and violated the contract (I brought the keys in and turned them into an employee). I called back and they had confirmed the truck was turned in. A couple hours later they send me an invoice for an additional $100 stating there is a scratch above one of the handles. I checked and know there was no damage when I returned it, and two I bought their insurance anyway. Perhaps it was scratched when they didn’t know they had it for three days? Anyway. Wouldn’t recommend, save yourself the stress.
KAYLA MInitially I was turned away from the U-Haul drop off location closest to my location (8525 Oso Blanca Rd) as they “don’t accept one -way rental trucks”-even though EVERY TRUCK in front of me had out of state license plates!!! So they diverted me to the Farm Rd office which I had purposely NOT chosen due to the inconvenience of its location!!! U-Haul took my $2000 to rent the truck, but then chose to inconvenience me at drop off???? Next time I will do after hours drop off and leave the key in a box for my sanity and convenience! RIDICULOUS!!!!
