Broken glass in the back of the vehicle. The A/C in the truck was not functional. Drove from Ga to Tx without A/C. I understand that was not the locations fault but I wanted to make sure it’s addressed properly. It was very difficult to make my move not to mention dangerous. I was overheated in the truck

To have more than ONE person able to get into the system and check you in and out! When I got there the man who does UHaul renting was even there and the ladies there could not get in touch with him on the phone. So needless to say I was there about 2 1/2 hours.
