If I get another u-haul rental I will use this location. I didn't check the box for the insurance for $16 but was charged for it anyway. It made the total more than 33% more expensive! That's a lot

Cleveland Discount Outlet was incredible to rent from and will be where I do my rentals from here on out. I had made a mistake in my reservation, and they went out of their way to help me correct it and not miss my deadlines. I would recommend Cleveland Discount Outlet 100%

Rented Car Transport One Way ( 3 day Rental).plus insure, plus tax $151.00 Switched to local 2 day and got charged for 3 days because of Very Slow service . BOTTOM LINE : Never even used the Transport and was charged $ 212.00 Better off to have driven it to Lake City EMPTY !!!! U haul your Junk ....We'll Haul Your Money .

The front cab of the uhaul was covered in cat hair including the windshield. The guy working basically ignored me when I was ready to pay and started helping someone else never telling me if there was a payment issue or why he was not finishing with my rental before taking someone else to do overnight package delivery to Texas. Then I became sick that night and my family needed longer to get moved. My history with uhaul shows I always run a day or two over and I always pay. When arriving to storage and discovering my lock key is lost, I am searching to find it and look up to see a guy from uhaul there to tow the truck. I had 2/3 of the payment requested to pay then but he refused leaving me and my 2 daughters including my disabled daughter who can not stand for long periods stranded at storage with all our belongings outside because I wasn’t able to find the key and now had no way to get to where the key was dropped. I had already been overwhelmed by being so sick and late moving out as well as the extra cost the uhaul was going to be from keeping it longer and using more gas and mileage and then losing my storage key. But being stranded outside storage and having to wait for a ride while worrying about my nonverbal daughter with an intellectual disability who has no safety awareness, that pushed me to a breaking point. I told the tow driver I couldn’t pay more than $100 right then until I got to my child support card and an atm. My chip in it is bad and it won’t work for any electronic payments at all only bank transfers and atm but without the card I couldn’t do anything anyway. I have dealt with a lot in the past from uhaul. From having homeless people in the back at pickup or the back being covered with trash and cigarette butts, even to the Russians who no longer rent uhaul that tried to claim I drove like 60 miles more than I did so they wouldn’t have to reimburse me the difference I paid to the less balance I owed. Except the last incident over mileage I never complain. When I used a truck with a daily rate and can’t even keep it 24 hours without being charged another day, I still don’t complain. I have used uhaul too many times and always kept truck over and always paid what I owed!! Always!! Even with a positive rental history, this time we were left stranded at one of the most difficult times in our lives. When my daughter was with me and left to overheat in the sun and be in pain because of her foot deformation and nowhere to sit to get the weight off. I am very disappointed in uhaul and that tow truck driver and anyone who couldn’t look past the fact that the rental was late and see my history of payment upon return.

The guy running this location was super-nice, quickly got us checked out and on our way. He tried his best to make up for U-Haul screwing up our pick-up location.
