Robert P.The pickup location was great however, we are very disappointed w/U-Haul because we made a reservation at a different location which was convenient to our home. We were told 24 hours before that we would not be able to pick up the truck at the original reservation location . This change added an hour to our travel in either direction. On move day when you have to go pick up the U-Haul and travel eight or 10 hours you don't want two hours added onto your day. Unfortunately you don't have alternatives when you whole works it's great.

Kenneth T.Took over an hour to get the paperwork done. U-Haul clerk did not know how to use their online site to get the contract done properly. Paperwork said there was more fuel in the vehicle than there was clerk refused to change it on the contract since it was already printed. Ended up paying $20 extra for gas to make up the difference.

Brenda W.Seat belt for driver's seat did not lock. It was nessecary to lock with the middle seat lock. Alarm and red warning signal continually when off. Gas mileage was poor . Truck burned gas badly with gas smell behind truck. This required maitance . I feel I was given this truck one way because the last office did not want it in their inventory. Please make compensation on charges... for bad truck experience. Thank you.

Mike M.I was charged $26 for not having enough gas - being that there was no one to measure the gas level when I returned the truck, I believe that I'd been falsely charged. This provider began the $26 overcharging issue by stating I'd gone over the 40 mi. I was originally allowed. Which was the overrage charge for, seriously? One or the other? Also, I didn't appreciate being bumped to this location from the location my reservation was requested from originally.
