WAYNE OJust a bad experience overall with Uhaul...received a bill for cleaning fee and fuel fee. I have pics to show the fuel was returned the same amount. Just not ethical.

Kenna SA pleasant experience with this rental location. It was, however, the 3rd attempt to rent a truck. The first 2 attempts at different locations were well below expectations. Harrison rd in Macon needs to be closed as a uhaul location. And Shurling Dr. location in Macon did not have the equipment they said they had.
DARRELL BI was charged for something that I was informed of and a receipt was not provided at the time of the rental and when I returned the truck the receipt was not made available at the time either. Tell the service provider to explain all charges that are being applied for the rental. Also, make receipts available at the time of the rental so customers can respond within the 30 minute window if any charges are to be disputed.

Leslie KSmall town, don’t expect big city timeline. It’s perfect for the spot it’s in. Clint is awesome. There is one person and one computer with local Campers coming in and asking for Radom things they forgot at home. With that being said, Clint was able to help 7 people at one time while still checking out my Uhaul with a smile.

MICHAEL LUHaul changed our pickup location last minute. This was not expected with and thank goodness we looked at our text. Nothing in email changed the pickup location! It was 15 miles further North.

Tara DIt took 47 minutes to rent the stinking truck. The girl couldn't get the tablet to work and kept mumbling that they had been told to use it by Uhaul. She also kept serving customers as they came in delaying even longer. If she had checked us in in 10 minutes we would have had the van back by 6.00 closing. As a result I was charged 2 days rental and 2 days insurance for 5.5 hours use. I demand a partial refund. Leon Allen 478 538 4108

Professional and friendly, she made it happen. In the future they should leave her the number to traffic so they can walk her through the process.

HANK OThe rep didn’t even come out and walk the trailer with us, but signed that it was all good. She was very rude. I left with no lights on the trailer, she said not her responsibility to have long enough cord. It was a hardware store & she didn’t even offer to sell us one!! Partly our fault but one of the tires we noticed after being on the interstate had cords showing so we prayed the rest of our 400 mile trip!! Won’t be renting U-Haul again. Too many other companies that care about their customers and their safety
