The pick up facility was excellent. Very clean, organized and welcoming. Staff was very professional, informative and kind. The van smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and was in overall rough condition. The pull for the E-brake was broken, but thankfully still functioned. Both sets of doors had been damaged in some way; The side doors would not hold open, so we could not use the side because it kept slamming shut on us. The back door was hard to open, was stuck somehow, and had to be pulled very hard to get it open.

ANGELA IThe place was nice and clean with very friendly customer service. The actual truck was the worst I have ever rented. It struggled to shift gears and had great difficulty getting up to speed(BEFORE loading it). It felt and sounded like it could just quit working at any moment. Literally prayed to get it back to the lot. Storage place itself was great, the U-Haul truck, not so great.

COLE MKevin was awesome in helping us get a rental truck for a day. He is a pleasure to deal with... HOWEVER.. when we returned the truck, although it took 1 minutes to return, the lady threatened to charge us an extra day for being ten minutes late although we were parked there for an hour and managing our storage. She complained that she has to clean the truck for an upcoming rental. 10 mins late? Really? Sorry hut the words pathetic, and petty and miserable come are probably the best words to describe that return experience. Also, this is on yop of having a horrible rain storm the whole day with accidents everywhere and we were in between Christmas and New Years (any goodwill and peace? Nah..) Anyways after I refused to pay extra, that was that. Otherwise, the facilities and trucks are great and I would recommend.. however that lady.. I dunno guys.. 🤔
VINCENT AThis was the closet van to my area.I had to roughly drive an extra 20 miles to pick up the van and return it. If you can transfer vehicles to other locations that would be appreciated.
ROBERT MMy brother and I were so impressed by Allie (not sure of spelling). She had barely arrived and had 5 different people in the office to deal with. Allie was pleasant, personable and effectively handled each person with kindness and a smile. We rented a 10' truck on Thursday 10/31/2024 and were not able to return it until Friday Nov. 1, 2024. Rick (I think that was his name) called me Friday morning to verify the truck would be returned. While on the phone with him I asked about storage; he gave a price for a 10' x 10' unit but when we arrived to do the paperwork for the unit Rick gave us a choice of a 10' x 12' for less money. He also was professional and personable and was very helpful. We received exceptional service at the Clock Tower Self Storage in Lake Stevens, WA. And there is a bathroom close to my brothers storage unit!! Awesome!!!

Clifford CLocation of pick up was fine. Friendly staff and clean. Uhaul truck was a different story. So glad I wasn't someone who was going to be traveling with that vehicle long distances. Multiple points of body damage. Steering was very loose and alignment was off. Not safe for highway. Glad this was just an in town trip for me.

MITCHELL RI was told I only needed to return the vehicle with 1/2 tank of gas. I returned it with a little more than half a tank and was charged $23 more for gas. I would have filled it up if I wasn't told to only put half in.
Donald NTry to have all the inventory on site to match the options available when trying to reserve the truck. I personally spoke with the representative on the telephone and he assured me that I would have the 2 dollies as requested. The provider did not have dollies, and there were other customers who had reserved 2 dollies, but having gotten there first, I got the ONLY ONE on site. Uhaul website is deceptive in allowing you to select inventory that is not at all going to be there when you arrive. This is the second time in two weeks where the items I had requested were not available, and I got charged for the items anyway.
