How U-Haul Reviews WorkI went to drop off the keys when I returned the truck after hours. The key box said there was an extra $20.00 charge if I didn't complete a return on line. I called the number for help and the man wasn't able to help me with the return. This was very confusing to me, because it wasn't mentioned when I rented the truck that morning. Ultimately, I wasn't charged an extra fee. I'm 70 years old and don't understand how to use your App to conduct business. The truck only had 1/2 tank of gas when I picked it up and the front floor had food particles left on it. I cleaned it before returning it.
JAMES SInterior was a little dirty, both the cabin and storage space. Not in a terrible way but some minor damage here and there. Thankfully it was not billed to me so no harm no foul. Would still recommend.
