This was the highlight of my Uhaul experience. This location was the only drop off location still open after 5 on a Sunday, which I greatly appreciated. The woman that helped me was very friendly and helpful. After the ordeal at pickup, the 12.5 hour drive, and 2 hour unload in the hot sun, this was exactly what I needed to end the trip on high note. I will never use you hall again. The person that helped me with my transaction at the counter. I picked a location that was further away. So it got charged miles and uh I feel like you should have I looked for where I was going and found me a location nearby, instead of just, I'm saying, Hey, here's one. So I will never use you again and now I just got charged. Even more money, because of the mileage, or whatever you want to call it. You guys are worthless.

MATTHEW CThe location changed from an actual UHAUL dealer to a third party. While I have no issue with that happening the location turned out to be in a smoke shop. No assistance was offered to hookup to the vehicle. Also when I was set to return the equipment the shop wasn’t open and I couldn’t get a receipt for said equipment. I believe that third party locations and vendors should be vetted a little more carefully.
