site and uhaul app says 24/7 drop off. it was locked up behind a gate when i arrived worker told me to park in the middle of the street and he’ll take the key. it was all sketchy

Mills WThe drop off location in Charlotte was a different story. It was basically a crackhead junk yard. I'm just glad it was in the day time. Just strange and a bit scary. The App was a pain. In the past I've always dropped off at a place that had people there that actually worked for Uhaul.

Soren MThere was clear signage of where to park but there was broken glass outside all around where we had to park so I was concerned as I was in flip flops. Aside from that, the personnel was very friendly and it was a simple process. Would recommend returning there.
LAUREN KInspect vehicle better and sanitize when there has been animals in the vehicle especially those that shed and leave hair in seats. I had a reaction to cat hair that was all over the seats and didn’t realize it until it was too late. I had to call Doctor for allergy meds

Nicole MThe lady working the front gave me a hard time with my license since it was on my phone. I explained to her it was an email from NCDMV. She told me that it could be "manufactured" and that she trusted me and that's the ONLY reason why I could rent from her. She obvious needs better training on this and shouldn't hassle the customer. I've been renting quite frequently from Uhaul lately and this is the only time have been treated this way.

John EThe location is close, convenient, and accessible. A woman came out to assist me returning the trailer. I’m satisfied with my experience. I wouldn’t know the location was a U-haul if there wasn’t u-haul equipment in the parking lot.

James DAgain, I had signed up for the 'app dropoff' feature. The location was very poorly lit, had a 6' chain link fence around the entire location, no designated drop off area for after hours drop off. Did not return my phone call inquiring for assistance. The uhaul app froze while attempting to check out and in this rental. Customer service was helpful, but I still got a call asking where I dropped the unit off at?! Seems like this location dropped the ball on checking it in.

ABALO TThey lied about how much gas was in the truck. I got over charged!!! Spoke to a rep and he gave me the area manager for this location. I left a message and still haven't heard back from him. I was charged and extra 75 dollars or so!!!!!
