Kaylie at Lewiston U haul was awesome. Our car broke down pulling a 6/12 trailer. Uhaul on line got us a tow back to Lewiston. Kaylie came in off hours and on day off to make sure we had a U-Haul truck to get to our destination. You are lucky to have someone that puts the customer first . She made all the difference. Our uhaul truck had no issues all the way from Idaho to Houston Texas. I would recommend uhaul to anyone that asks. I will use you again. Thanks

DUSTIN CI had a reservation to pick up a 26' truck at SCI Enterprises. When I arrived and attempted to check out the truck through the app, it indicated that no truck had been assigned to my reservation and instructed me to call a provided number. I called the number, but no one was available and I was prompted to leave a voicemail. This was particularly inconvenient as I had friends and family scheduled to help me that day. As a result, I made a new reservation at Clydesdale, picked up a different truck, and experienced no issues from that point forward. Additionally, the app crashed approximately 15 times while I was trying to check out the vehicle and several more times during check-in, which made the overall experience frustrating and unreliable.

JOHN DI was told the equipment would be available close to me but the night before I was told I could only get the trailer if I drove 45 minutes away. I was stuck and had to go out if my way to pick up the trailer. I will probably not rent from UHaul again as this was the second time this has happened

Darlene WThe 24/7 online app was véry frustrating. I would rather deal directly with a real person for the entire experience and not be required to use the app at all. The u-haul associate/helpful person at that location did an excellent job of assisting more through the process, she even came on site on her day off to help me when I experienced problems with checking out the truck I reserved, and was available with assistance when I had to extend the rental twice for additional days. It was nice to have a kind helpful person to see the process through, I appreciate her efforts tremendously during a very stressful time in my life.
Fayla HI was late returning a car dolly. The location closes at 2p.m. When I returned it the next morning there was another customer to rent it. They double charged for it and then charged me 29.00 cleaning fee when it was hooked up to a be towed to Seattle with the next customer,without cleaning it. Yet still charged me. Seems that they double " dipped" and stole a cleaning fee that they didn't clean the equipment but still charged me for it. Not honestt nor fair .
JASON HWe sat there waiting for an hour waiting to get our rental. While the lady kept letting other people come in and get helped first even though they were there after us. She also sat in their building for about 20 min with just a "tranie" and herself while we were outside still waiting to be helped.

REX LWell I called to confirm my appointment since it was changed from one location to the new location. I pacifically asked if I was to pick it up at 0800. And I was told yes 0800 they was open. I was there at 0815 and there was no one there. I waited until 0910 and then I called the 1-800 number. To find out that I can pick this up on line. I don’t do on line stuff so much. Eventually with the help of the lady on the phone I was able to navigate the system. I lost an hour and a half over this . Not happy.

Jackie AMuch better sign…larger for starters…indicating the address is a U-Haul distribution center. This location is bare/bones, and is basically a pick up of equipment, etc. It should be advertised accordingly.
