Took 30+ minutes to get my vehicle even though I had checked in online. Very disorganized and there were hidden fees I wasn’t aware of.
Karley HThe location of the truck and lock box was clear. The check in process required multiple photos and repeats of a steo already completed. This mobile process was not user friendly due to app glitches with regards to accepting photos (photos had to be repeated (about 4 times) when the app had already accepted a good photo for each view/angle needed). Truck cleanliness was marked "no" due to unclean spilled in the cup holder. Overall the truck had an average clean cleanliness.
Johnethia SI was charged extra. I wasnt able to get a hold anyone when I tried to call. I was charged extra for gas when I filled it to exactly how I received it. I Was charged a cleaning charge. But I cleaned out the truck and the back of the truck. The windowshield wipers were broke. So I couldnt clean the windshield. No call from them or anything.
