Implement parts of checking in to pick up the equipment during the reservation part
AUDIE HHell no i wouldn't recommend. Then you wantbus to take pictures for you. I would never recommend uhaul again. This is a complete failure...
DIANE OI was impressed with the on-line helps. I had a bit of difficulty figuring how to open the lock box but the online video made that clear. This check-out/check-in went very smooth. I live in Atlanta, Indiana and I used the new self serve place in Atlanta and I am glad they are there. Saved me 24 miles round trip because I would have had to pickup and return in Noblesville. I will be using them the next time I need a truck!
Pamela VLocation itself probably is good but since no one was on duty I had to use app to checkout. The app was cumbersome with some many instructions that didn't make sense I had to call U-Haul help desk for assistance. Took nearly an hour just to get truck. Caused delays for people assisting with loading truck.
Philip DVery simple process to pick up the truck. Equipment was clean. Location was great with plenty of room to maneuver the truck.
