Truck had zero gas and barely started. When I got to my location less than a mile away, I loaded the truck. When I went to drive away, it would not start. I called the location that I picked it up from. They had no idea what to do. Took them 20 minutes before they gave me the roadside assistance by that time I had called a friend who had jumped to the truck. I can’t imagine being out on this truck for a long haul luckily, we’re only minutes from where we picked it up. Would not recommend.

ROBERT BI’m frustrated that the equipment I ordered wasn’t there. As a result, I had to drive across town and find a new appliance dolly. This one cost me $27.78 when the one from U-Haul was supposed to be $10. This was an additional cost of $17.78 because of U-Haul. The solution to this inconvenience was 9 cents off per mile when majority of my driving was to get the dolly that was supposed to come with my truck. As a result, the discount was only $1.24. This was not a good experience at all, it cost me more than it should have and it made moving as a whole more difficult.
